From Inactive to Proactive
Sedentary lifestyles, poor time management and inadequate nutrition are major factors in workplace burnout and decreased productivity. My goal is to assist as many professionals as possible with the task of taking ownership of their lives by making exercise and thoughtful food choices a necessary part of their day.
Each “CyberFit Wellness and Professional Development Workshop” is customized to fit the needs and goals of the staff and enhance overall workplace culture. Simply put, my program was made to give busy professionals the skills and tools necessary to maintain a healthier and more rewarding lifestyle.
